Kierikki is a science centre focusing on the Stone Age and based on archaeological research. It consists of a Centre for Ancient Times and a Stone Age village. In Kierikki, prehistory comes to life.
Step into the prehistoric era by visiting the exhibition at the Centre of Ancient Times where you can explore the Stone Age and nature. Enjoy a selection of films focusing on prehistory and the archaeological research done at the site. Be sure to also visit our science shop and café!
Test your primal survival skills as the Stone Age guides will tell you about the prehistoric life and guide you through the most important set of skills needed for surviving the Stone Age. Take a lunch break and have a picnic by the village’s ever-burning campfires.
