As the name promises, Siesta is a class for pure relaxation.
This class combines gentle movement that eases any tension in the body and a sound bath that is an experience where you can enjoy the nurturing sounds of Tibetan bowls.

The class is held in Kuru Resort’s main building. When arriving from Järvisydän take ca. 15 min for the walk and prepare for the class.

Using holistic relaxation techniques, we engage the parasympathetic nervous system to aid in the body’s recovery after exercise. This session ends in a deeply relaxing moment of meditation. The yoga session is suitable for all.
